Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through shanetrailstudio.online (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

We offer shipping via selected third-party carriers. Available delivery options, estimated timeframes, and applicable charges will be shown at checkout, where available.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and commence from the date the order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. While we use reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including destination, parcel weight, size, and selected delivery method. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed prior to checkout completion.

Where free shipping is offered, the relevant conditions, minimum spend thresholds, and exclusions will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Dispatch and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking details where available. Tracking information may take up to [24–48 hours] to become active after dispatch.

Risk in the goods generally passes to you on delivery in accordance with applicable law and the carrier’s delivery record.

6. Incorrect Address Details

It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by you.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.

7. Authority to Leave

Where an order is marked as “Authority to Leave” or otherwise delivered without a signature, you acknowledge that delivery may be completed in accordance with the carrier’s standard procedures. We are not responsible for loss or theft after successful delivery to the address nominated by you, subject to any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Failed Delivery and Returns to Sender

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you request a refund for the item, original shipping fees and return freight charges may be deducted from any refund, where permitted by law.

9. International Shipping

If we offer international shipping, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless we expressly state otherwise.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and clearance delays, which are outside our control.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us within [7 days] of receipt or the expected delivery date.

Where required, please retain all packaging, provide photographs, and cooperate with any carrier investigation so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
